**Job Purpose**:
To provide advise whereby you manage and support the Skills Development Facilitation as a legislative function within HRD. As the Skills Development Facilitator you will oversee, collate and populate legislative and mandatory HRD reports. This position reports into the Head of Training.

**Job Objectives**:

- Manage the end-to-end best practice in data analytics in response to the legislative reporting requirement. Produce internal as well as external (MICT seta / Services seta, DoL, B-BBEE Scorecards, BEE Commissioner, Sustainability, Training Hours, Social & Ethics, etc.) reporting outputs.
- Support the Skills Development & Leadership and Learning Team through research, dashboard formulation and trend analysis of training measurement.
- Build relationships with seta’s and industry bodies and attend meetings and networking opportunities to represent the organisation.
- Manage the Work Skills Plan and Annual Training Reports for MICT seta / Services seta
- Project manage the Skills Development verification process with the various auditing organisations.
- Provide learning insights, trend analysis and recommendations for the Training Committee and other relevant learning related forums.
- Implement and run the Training Committee. Formulate BU Level Skills Development Strategies to maximise their Transformation Plans and their B-BBEE Skills Development Scores.
- Stay current with regards to skills development legislation and industry updates
- Provide support to the Head of L&D by conducting education and needs evaluation to assess the skills development needs of the organisation.
- Contribute to the development of skills and capabilities of other members of the Learnership team by coaching and mentoring junior colleagues. Responsibly for allocation and coordination of work, and supervision of learnership team

**Education and Experience Requirements**:

- OD in EDTP NQF level 5
- Registration as a Skills Development Facilitator must show proof / certification
- 3 years’ experience in a training environment as SDF for both MICT / SERVICES SETA

**Job Knowledge and Skills Required**:

- Computer literacy in MS Office Suite including Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneDrive (Essential)
- Research, analysing and organisation skills requirement & Report writing skills. Ability to compile and prepare reports
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, Well-presented and well-spoken
- Confident disposition, proactive and self-driven & Competitive Edge & Inspirational Leadership
- Proven track record of experience in grant submissions (Essential)
- Must have experience in drafting, compiling and submitting of WSP and ATR to 3-5 different SETAs.
- Performance drive & Strategic planning & talent development
