**Guest House - Ballito**

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or equivalent in Hospitality Management Advantageous
- At least 3-5 years Front of House in a Guest House
- Day to day management of 14 room guesthouse.
- Previous experience managing Housekeeping, admin, Guest Relations, breakfast cafe management, check ins and outs and staff micro management.
- Excellent command of the English
- High level of telephone etiquette & excellent all-round communication skills
- Professional and well groomed
- Driver’s license
- You would need to be willing to take orders from owners or alike and implement instructions successfully.
