Logistics ECR Co-Ordinator (PC&L) - Job Descrp.
- Lead and Control Engineering Change Request process and be the representative for the PC&L department.
- Maintain special relationships with program teams and Customer
- Define and assume the logistics conditions necessary for the launch of new programs.
- Co-ordinate and ensure that changes are taken into account in production scheduling, material planning, and within physical flows: identify appropriate packaging and introduce changes concerning border production line procurements stocks and towards suppliers
- Manage phase out files: reduce obsolete stocks to minimum levels and reorganize file in order to obtain reimbursement from the customer
- Audit BOM & routing audit process for the PC&L function.
- Improvement of the PC&L Function.
- Daily System transfer to clear negatives stock.
- Liaising with suppliers on customer supportability (Raising of POs & Tos)
- **Reporting Document to prepare weekly**:
- ECR Run-down Summary &Timing plans
- Nissan BU90 EOP Tracking/ OBS alleviation
- Plant ECR Stockpiling Support Plan
- Internal Derogations (New/old level)
- Assisted by DE’s
- Mock-ups Summary details
- VSC Report
- PDP & Run-progression
**Qualifications**:
- Supply Chain Diploma or Degree
- Experience in production in an industrial environment
- Minimum bi-lingual (English required)
