**_Chief Information Officer_**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Information Officer (CIO) to lead the provision of IT strategy and technology services for the company and its subsidiaries. As the CIO, you will be responsible for identifying the company's network and technological needs, ensuring a reliable network with maximum uptime, and implementing scalable solutions that align with the organization's objectives. You will oversee the IT organization, including people, processes, and technology, to deliver outcomes that support the business strategy.

**_ Key Responsibilities:_**
- Execute IT strategies and deliver solutions that drive business objectives.
- Ensure compliance, governance, and reporting related to IT operations.
- Manage stakeholders and suppliers to foster strong relationships and effective collaboration.
- Oversee IT operations delivery, ensuring efficient and reliable technology services.
- Manage cyber security measures to protect the company's IT infrastructure and data.
- Lead and develop the IT team, providing guidance and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Manage the budget and financial aspects of IT initiatives.

**_Required Qualifications:_**
- Honours Degree or Postgraduate Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.

**_ Industry Working Knowledge/Certifications:_**
- Working knowledge or certification in TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework).
- Project management knowledge or certification.
- ITIL 4.0 Foundation knowledge or certification.
- IT security knowledge or certification.
- Information security experience, including ISO 27001.
- IT service management experience, including ISO 20000.
- Working knowledge or certification in COBIT (Control Objectives for Information and Related Technologies).
- Working knowledge of IT development and support.
- Safe Agile working knowledge or certification.

**_ Relevant Experience:_**
- 8-10 years of well-rounded ICT practical experience, including senior and executive roles.
- 5 years of experience in IT executive management.

**_ Critical Competencies:_**
- Strong knowledge of standards and procedures in IT operations.
- Proficiency in governance reporting.
- Familiarity with SAP/ERP systems.
- Understanding of infrastructure management.
- Expertise in cyber security measures and best practices.
- Knowledge of networking principles and technologies.
- Experience in enterprise architecture.
- Competence in data governance.
- Understanding of IT governance principles.

**_ Additional Requirements:_**
- Availability for extended hours when required.
- Willingness to travel as necessary.
