As a Host/Hostess of Workshop17 NCG, you’ll be the smile, heart and soul of our team’s business operations, as well as the first point of contact for all our members. From your warm welcome to offering up the ultimate coworking experience to all our Workshop17 members and guests - you’re always on your A-game and ready to take it up a notch or two. Attention to detail, oh yes.

With a set of proficient admin skills under your belt, you can easily keep our system updated with leads, sales and all the needs. As the head of customer happiness, you’re service-driven-savvy, have problem-solving superpowers, and can multitask while never dropping the ball.

- **General scope of work**:_
- Hosting_
- Assist with managing the reception area.
- Ensuring all members and guests experience a warm Workshop17 welcome.
- First point of contact to all guests and members and directing them.
- Community Management_
- Assist the team with the following, yet not limited tasks:

- Walkthroughs
- Space checks
- Reception duties
- Parking requests
- Credit card sheet and following finance processes
- Use of the my.w17 community platform
- Onboarding and onboarding
- Managing and escalating member queries.
- Member/community engagement.
- Assist with membership requests.
- Space & building facilities and maintenance_
- Regular maintenance walkthroughs.
- Assist the team with location facilities management which includes but is not limited to:

- Space cleanliness and setup
- Managing cleaning duties
- Regularly connecting with members for their feedback.
- Logging maintenance on our support platform.
- Events and cafe support_
- Support to the event bookings:

- Assisting on-site where necessary.
- Communicate parking arrangements with clients.
- Booking meeting rooms for members and external clients.
- Support the coffee bar with stock takes and daily/ad-hoc operational tasks.
- Client satisfaction_
- Ensure 5-star service to all clients/members at all times. Provide services, assistance, and solutions that often exceed clients’ expectations.
- Timely and professional response to all requests - community and events.
- Team player/support_
- General support to the location team and assisting all departments when necessary.
- Assist the team with managing scheduled and ad-hoc tasks, and ensuring that they are completed on time.
- **Ideal Qualifications/Experience**_
- Excellent communication skills - verbal and written.
- 1 - 3 Years experience in co-working or shared office sector, hospitality and/or customer-facing operations.
- Tech savvy, systems driven and experience using G-Suite.
- An upbeat, energetic, positive, mature and professional attitude. Proactive, passionate and reliable problem-solver who thrives on providing exceptional customer experiences.
- Ability to handle multiple requests, work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and be responsive to member requests/service issues.
- Ability to work well under pressure, handle multiple requests, and continue to deliver exceptional service despite heavy workloads.
- Ability to clearly communicate with a diverse range of stakeholders within and outside the organization.
- Deadline driven and the ability to implement national initiatives through to completion.
- Attention to detail, organized and thorough with a desire for continuous improvement.
- Ability to engage and adapt well to team/group settings.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: R10,500.00 - R12,500.00 per month
