Demand & Supply Planning Manager - Pharmaceuticals

In this position, you will play a critical role in ensuring efficient and timely production and delivery of pharmaceutical products, while also optimizing inventory levels. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, supply chain, and production, to develop and implement demand and supply plans that meet business objectives and customer demand.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute demand and supply plans for pharmaceutical products
- Conduct forecasting and analysis to determine demand trends and anticipate customer needs
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to gather market intelligence and develop accurate sales forecasts
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and minimize excess or obsolete inventory
- Utilize demand planning tools and systems to effectively manage demand and inventory
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and components
- Collaborate with production teams to create feasible production schedules that meet demand requirements

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field
- Proven experience in demand and supply planning within the pharmaceutical industry
- In-depth knowledge of supply chain principles and best practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in demand planning tools and ERP systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis
