**Two-Year Training Program available for individuals interested in becoming Medical Technicians within the Blood Bank Department. Successful applicants will be required to undergo training in our Training Laboratory and will be required to attain a minimum of a 70% average for all of the assessments in order to be deemed qualified for the program.**

**Minimum Requirements**
- Matric Certificate (Maths & Life Science)
- An unendorsed Driving Licence will be advantageous
- A course in laboratory science would be advantageous
- Living in Cape Town or surrounding areas
- Computer literate

**A combination of the following skills, knowledge, and attributes is required**:

- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Have a friendly disposition and show a keen interest in the work.
- A willingness to work as part of a team is essential
