Job on offer to an individual as a Craft Bakery Production Manager with a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar enviroment, is able to manage effectively the pressures of output, develop ergonomics of the department, analize sales, computer compatible and usage of software programs, good with comms within the department and externally from and to suppliers.

A good trainer of people, sets-up work schedules and prep plans, good at sound manufacturing principles and controls wastage. Monitors staff performance and develop through positive disciplinary measures to improve work performances.
