**Minimum requirements for the role**:

- Must have a Diploma in Logistics or related qualification
- Minimum 3 years experience in a warehousing environment will be required
- Must be proficient in Microsoft 365
- Must be able to communicate (verbal and written) effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Receiving and processing orders from internal and external customers.
- Selecting, checking, packing, and distributing materials and equipment to customers.
- Collaborating with warehouse staff or perform direct handling as necessary.
- Ensure efficient, timely, and accurate delivery to the required location.
- Preparing goods and materials for transport, including dispatch/delivery papers and accompanying documents.
- Supporting or providing input for routing and scheduling of vehicles based on customer records and requests.
- Arranging transportation/carriages for delivery to internal and external customers.
- Optimising scheduling and routing of vehicles to meet customer expectations.
- Executing administrative tasks related to the intake and distribution of materials and equipment in relevant systems.
- Registering hours and maintaining other logistics administration records.
- Providing relevant reports to stakeholders for stock keeping and internal accounting purposes.
- Ensuring compliance with standard logistics processes and maintaining master data.
- Managing customer relationships and handling customer requests effectively.
- Maintaining customer confidence and striving for external customer satisfaction.
- Fostering sustainable customer relations and seek positive customer feedback.
- Monitoring, measuring, benchmarking, and evaluate internal and external logistics processes, tools, and systems.
- Identifying opportunities for optimization and initiate and implementing changes and improvements.
- Aligning logistics work processes, tools, and systems for continuous optimization.
- Ensuring compliance with operating, safety, quality, risk, and health regulations.
- Adhering to relevant industry standards and best practices.
- Performing various warehouse/logistics support and administrative tasks.
- Undertaking special project duties as assigned.
