**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**
- Agriculture Diploma/Degree advantageous
- At least 5 years previous farming experience
- Experience with citrus and or vegetable farming advantageous
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Computer literate
- Maintenance orientated
- Valid driver’s license
