Maintenance Worker

Our company is in search of a friendly and professional General Maintenance Worker who will perform general maintenance and repairs for assigned equipment and facilities including plumbing, painting, electrical, and other building systems.

- **WORK ENVIRONMENT **_
- Overtime/ travel/ weekend work/ team environment_
- Monday - Friday 08:00 - 17:00 (with 1 hour lunch)
- Travelling from practice to practice within the CBD, Northern & Southern Suburbs of Cape Town.
- **WHAT IS EXPECTED FROM THIS JOB? **_
- Job deliverables and main duties_
- Experience in working with hand & power tools.
- Ability to repair various equipment.
- Perform basic tasks including painting, filling crevices and managing maintenance repairs across all TAH properties.
- Minor plumbing and drainage
- Minor painting and floor coverings
- Light bulb replacement
- Repair plumbing, electrical and safety systems
- Inform and report to line manager of completion of requests
- Arranging with appropriate supplier/contractor around repairs required

- **Required Education, Certifications and Work Experience**:_
- Matric
- 2-3 years of experience in maintenance.
- Bilingual in English & Afrikaans.
- Reliable vehicle and valid drivers’ licence with no endorsements
