**Key duties and responsibilities**:
**ART Initiation**
- Initiate newly diagnosed HIV positive clients on ART daily.
- Reconcile clinical materials and ART medication from facilities in catchment area kept.
- Submit reports of ART initiations done to facilities and Anova
- Keep accurate records of ART initiations done.

***HIV Prevention**
- Dispense PrEP and keep the records.

***Project Support**
- Review HTS and ART registers.
- Participate in project meetings.
- Trace clients and report on outcomes.

**ART initiations logistics**
- Ensure blood specimens are transported to the laboratory.
- Engage facilities in catchment areas for bidirectional referrals.

***Team Building Support**
- Delegate duties to CLOs as agreed with HTS Coordinator and Project Manager.
- Provide counselling on ethical conduct at work.

**Perform any other tasks as agreed with line manager.**

**Minimum qualifications and experience**:

- A degree or diploma qualification as a Professional Nurse
- Registration as a Professional Nurse with the South African Nursing Council
- NIMART trained and certified as competent to work independently.
- Must have a dispensing license.
- At least 4 years’ experience in working at a clinic (PHC or CHC) community.
- At least 2 years NIMART experience.
- Familiar with latest HIV Management, TB and PMTCT guidelines.
- Experience in supervising teams, essential.
- Light vehicle driver’s license, essential.

**Skills, competencies, and attributes**:

- Computer literate (MS Office, Word, Excel).
- Good report writing skills.
- Excellent attention to detail, and deadline driven.
- Ability to work under pressure, independently and as part of a team.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Good time management skills.
- Confidentiality.
- Service orientation.
