**LECTURER (PL1): FABRICATION (CBMT)**

**WESTLAKE CAMPUS**

(R211 731 - R589 398 plus 37% in lieu of benefits per annum)

This is College Council contract post until 31 December 2023**.**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Training of students on Competency Based Modular Training (CBMT) modules including skills-based programmes in the trade of Boilermaking
- Assisting with Trade Test Revision and Trade Testing

**Minimum Requirements**:
**REQUIREMENTS**
- N3 or equivalent qualification (relevant)
- A relevant trade test certificate
- 3 years post trade test industry experience
- Computer literate
- Language proficiency in English

**RECOMMENDATIONS**
- Qualified Assessor and/or Moderator
- Teaching/Training experience
- Current/prior registration as a Trade Test Assessor and/or Moderator

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Training of students on Competency Based Modular Training (CBMT) modules including skills-based programmes in the trade of Boilermaking

- All administrative duties related to teaching load
- Design and mark assessments
- Active involvement in the broader curriculum and campus related activities
- Any other duty delegated by the relevant manager
