**Requirements**:

- Civil Engineering Certification/Degree
- 5+ years in civil engineering, preferably in petrochemicals
- Proficiency in project management software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional certification or licensure preferred

**Technical Skills**:

- Construction Supervision: Ensuring compliance and quality
