**Job Specification**

The main purpose of this versatile post is sales and marketing of Agri retail products in the Malmesbury and surrounding areas.

**Minimum Requirements**
- Senior Certificate (Grade 12) with at least 3 years’ experience in a similar environment
- Supplier networking advantageous but not a prerequisite
- ** NB**: Your own transport is an inherent requirement

**Key performance indicators**

***Growth**
- Engaging and maintaining productive and value adding relationships with customers as well as internal and external stakeholders
- Market Research (Negotiate and procurement)

**Optimisation**
- Reporting functional information (AgriSMART & QlikView)
- Good governance in all aspects of marketing environment
- Enhancing relationships by providing supportive technical advice
- Marketing of Agricultural and retail products
- Administration and ad hoc tasks
- Logistic capabilities regarding deliveries

**Leveraging Culture & Diversity**
- Utilise business networks for new business opportunities
- Liaising with clients to determine their optimal needs
- sales service

**Digital Transformation**
- Using digital technologies to create new — or modify existing — business processes, culture, and customer experiences to meet changing business and market requirements
