**iPay is looking for a client liaison to join the team.**
- iPay (Pty) Ltd is a South African based company that provides software to the utility services industry. The company’s products are used in more than 35 countries around the world by more than 120 utility service providers ranging in size from national utilities to small mini grid projects._

**Job title**:Client Liaison (Private Utility - Sub Metering)

**Reports to**: Business Manager

**Based at**: Remote or Westlake iPay office

To support the business development team by acting as the client liaison to the Private Utility sub metering system customers.

**Tasks and responsibilities include**:

- Managing and maintaining relationships with customers.
- Providing user interface level support to customers.
- Assist customer with operational work where required.
- Provide advice to customers and suggest improvements to ensure optimal use of prepayment software.
- Provide training to customers
- Assist with technical and user-guide documentation
- Manage operational and reporting issues to closure.
- Document customer requirements and relay information to the operations or development team
- High level proactive system monitoring to make sure that the portals are operating efficiently
- Assist with the project management of new customer system deployments
- Assist with User Acceptance Testing before a system handover to a customer. This could include User Interface testing, training, and support of/for a package or solution

**Minimum qualifications and Experience**:

- Grade 12
- A diploma, certificate or degree would be beneficial.
- 2 years’ experience in a client liaison position.
- Experience in the utility services, prepayment or smart metering environment would be considered beneficial.
- Fully Bilingual (English & Afrikaans)
- Ability to multitask
- Support business development / sales team
- Clean driver's license and reliable car
