- Maintain quality standards for the hotel and restaurant, including cleanliness, safety, and service quality
- Monitor financial performance and develop strategies to increase revenue and profitability
- Manage inventory and ordering for the restaurant
- Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies for the hotel and restaurant
- Manage relationships with suppliers and contractors
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Conduct regular staff training and performance evaluations
- Participate in hiring and termination decisions for staff
- Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the hotel and restaurant facilities and equipment
- Provide reports and updates to the owner on a regular basis

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Strong financial management skills, including budgeting and forecasting

- Experience in marketing and promotion of hospitality services
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hospitality management software
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
