A well established call centre, located in Claremont seeks to employ experienced individuals to handle our client transfers.
- **Job role and requirements**:_
- Check current/previous Debt Counsellor for the status of the client.
- All transfer notifications to be sent to the relevant Debt Counsellor to request transfer
- **Debt Review administration experience on FINWISE, Debt Help System (DHS).**:
- You are passionate about helping people, ambitious and have customer service experience.
- Matric / NSC certificate
- A good communicator verbally
- A good communicator in writing
- Well presented.
- Disciplined and well organized.
- Attention to detail.
- Computer literate
**Salary**: R6,000.00 per month
