**Purpose of the Position**:
To assist in the efficient running of KBC Training Centres through sound administrative practices and promote a positive Image of KBC as the first point of Client contact.
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Provide information regarding products and services offered by KBC
- Provide information with regard to the Induction Training requirements of KBC Clients
- Ensure the efficient registration of delegates on day of training
- Update delegate demographics on Student Database
- Provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere in the administration area of the KBC Training Centre
- Administrative duties including but not limited to capturing data and information, filing, typing, scanning
- Convey KBC’s values of Professionalism, Integrity and Commitment in all communication and interaction with Clients and KBC Colleagues
- Assist with problem-solving to achieve resolution and customer satisfaction
- Conduct administration for electronic or paper-based Assessments
- Check Assessment results pages have been correctly completed by Delegates and Facilitators
- Create and Manage bookings according to process applicable to Branch
- Ensure efficient filing systems are established and maintained for all training or business-related documentation and correspondence

**Minimum Requirements**:
- Matric
- Experience working with Computer Packages and on Computer systems
- Experience in General office administration
- Proficient typing Skills
