**Primary responsibilities**:

- Personal Assistant to Head of Development: manage all aspects both personal and professional, of his life.
- Extensive Electronic Diary management: manage multiple Exchange Calendars for department heads.
- Prepare, organise and control all meeting requirements i.e., Presentations, Documentation, AV equipment, Stationary, Locations and Venues, Travel, Logistics, Catering, Refreshments, Invitations etc.
- Update all Project Lists and Progress Reports.
- Maintain Subscriptions and Renewals and Approvals - all.
- Local and International Travel: Flights, Visas, Accommodation, Transport and Logistics (including equipment)
- Stakeholder management and coordination both internal and external - various.
- Technical Support: ad hoc spot checks at branch level, Heat Maps for Warehouse etc.
- Financial Administration (invoices, quotes, payments, reimbursements, budgets etc.)
- Source suppliers, orders, negotiations, collections etc.
- Personnel Administration (ensure overtime, travel reimbursements are submitted to HR correctly and timeously)

**Requirements**:

- Grade 12, any tertiary advantageous
- Highly proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Exposure to an ERP system will be helpful.
- Valid, code 8/EB drivers’ license and own car.
