Responsibilities but not limited to:

- Bank statements reconciliation, as well as accounts payable and receivable
- Data entry, recording and maintaining accurate and complete financial records.
- Daily capturing and monthly reconciliation of all intercompany transactions, ensuring zero discrepancies. All queries to be resolved before month end
- Updating financial records via xero accounting software
- Perform General Ledger Reconciliations and follow-up on reconciling items.
- Preparing and submitting weekly and monthly financial reports
- To manage, improve and develop relationships with internal & external stakeholders.
- To manage to General dministration within the Finance department.

Your Profile:

- Completed NQF Diploma in accounting or Bachelors degree in accounting
- 0-1 years experience
- Xero experience (advantageous)
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Confident, enthusiastic and self-motivated
- Delivering Results and Meeting Customer Expectations
- Coping with pressure and setbacks
- Team Player
