This individual should have a strong foundation in IT knowledge, problem-solving abilities, and the personal attributes necessary to foster a positive and productive work environment, while effectively leading and managing an IT team.

**Minimum Requirements**:
Holds a National Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent qualification.
Brings 5-10 years of IT Management experience to the table.
Demonstrates a deep understanding of computer hardware, software, and networks.
Proficient in Microsoft Windows and Server Operating Systems, including expertise in managing a domain through Active Directory.
Possesses database management skills, with experience in Sage 300 (Accpac) and Sage CRM.
Familiarity with IIS, Webservices, SSRS Report Writing, WMS Integration, API Integration, and basic programming (Java or Angular JS).

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
Oversee information systems, EDP, and telecommunication operations.
Develop and enforce policies and procedures.
Collaborate with managers on system requirements and costs.
Manage IT personnel, budgets, and expenditures.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
Stay updated on tech and network updates.
Provide training and support for users.
Maintain security and complex password systems.
Manage backup solutions and disaster plans.
Facilitate communication between teams.
Ensure environments are functional.
Conduct regular backups and integrity checks.
Make tech recommendations and manage resources.
