**How you'll role**

As the Growth Hacker, you’ll have the rare opportunity to work closely with the CEO and lead all aspects of the partnerships process. Your responsibilities will include using strategy development, planning, and execution, in order to grow the business through distribution partnerships with hardware suppliers in key industries such as security, HVAC, plumbing, and more. The company will provide support and give you the freedom to deliver your best work as you help solve customer problems and meet business goals.

**What you'll do**

Sales strategy:

- Collaborate with executives to establish and execute the sales strategy
- Work closely with the marketing team to understand macro and micro market dynamics, market size, segmentation, the company’s share, and competitive share
- Develop specific sales plans to ensure both long and short-term growth
- Forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly sales targets and meet growth objectives

Funnel management:

- Accelerate growth by proactively creating, managing, and driving opportunities through the funnel
- Engage cross-functionally to contribute to a healthy funnel

Value selling:

- Understand target customers, their buying processes, and key motivations to optimise the sales approach
- Work with marketing to build and communicate unique value propositions
- Understand the company’s solutions differentiation to effectively position and sell against competitive offerings
- Understand the value that the company’s solutions create for customers and help shift the conversation from price to value, leveraging data

Key account management:

- Drive growth of strategic accounts
- Compile weekly and monthly reports
- Attend management meetings when required
- Implement and maintain business systems to drive efficiencies

Project management:

- Design, build, and implement plans in collaboration with partners
- Manage internal and external cross-functional stakeholders and teams to deliver outcomes

Customer service:

- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, market participants, and partners
- Coordinate customer product training
- Ensure overall partner satisfaction throughout the buying journey by coordinating the right level of support from marketing, engineering, operations, and after-sales support
- Continuously expand your knowledge of the products, services, and features within your portfolio by collaborating with sales, marketing, and engineering
- Educate sales teams with presentations of strategies, seminars, and regular meetings

**What you'll need**
- A Sales or Marketing degree or related diploma
- 3 - 5 years of managerial experience within a client-centric environment
- To be well-versed in managing the complete end-to-end sales process
- Experience driving business expansion
- Computer literacy in MS Office packages and CRM platforms
- Technical and commercial knowledge
