We are looking for Junior Civil Engineering Draftsman in the Germiston area for an Engineering company with the ability to work in a high pressure environment and meet deadlines.

**Requirements**:

- Technical Diploma, equivalent qualification, OR relevant experience;
- 1-2 years experience as a Draftsman in Civil Engineering environment or similar role;
- Hands-on experience with computer-aided design (CAD) software (AutoCAD, AllyCAD or Civil Designer);
- Excellent numerical & interpersonal skills (Afrikaans & English);
- Driver's license and own reliable transport

**NON-NEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENTS**
- Clear Credit and Criminal checks
- Validation of Highest Level of Education
- Valid References
- South African citizenship

**Responsibilities**:

- Liaising with engineers to gather civil engineering requirements and designs
- Calculate quantities and set up basic Bill of Quantities
- Create detailed designs and drawings with computer-aided design (CAD) software with the assistance of engineers
- Conducting site inspections and reporting back to the engineers
- Liaising with council representatives to set up inspections etc.
- All other tasks related to the position.
