**Responsibilities**:

- Log, investigate, and respond to customer complaints within strict timescales.
- Handle and resolve technical queries from Debt Management and IVA customers.
- Discuss alternative debt solutions and engage in objection handling in response to termination requests.

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of experience working in retentions and handling complaints.
- Familiarity with debt solutions, including Debt Management Plans and IVA’s, is highly desirable.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong personality to handle difficult clients.
- Ability to work within strict timescales and maintain a high level of professionalism.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle technical queries effectively.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance in the debt management industry.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From R8 500,00 per month
