We’re in search of motivated & capable managers to head up the full time store management for the following Medellin locations:

- **Bedfordview**

Village view Shopping Centre
- **Boskruin**

**Experience**
- Any applicant worth their weight in gold, must have the following_
- 3+ years management experience
- 6+ staff members managed
- Own transportation

**Duties**
- Our team leaders make sure these are all in order_
- Assuring quality services
- Conducting team meetings
- Developing marketing ideas
- Managing performance of staff
- Managing store inventory
- Ordering of store stock & consumables
- Reporting store performance daily, weekly & monthly
- Scheduling staff
- Taking incoming store calls
- Tending the PoS system

**Remuneration**
- It PAYS to be a Medellin manager_
- R10, 0000 - R12,000 basic [Based on relevant work experience]
- + Commission on store performance

**Salary**: R10 000,00 - R14 000,00 per month

**Experience**:

- Retail: 2 years (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Driver's license (required)
