A leading manufacturer of vegan hair and beauty products is seeking to employ a qualified cosmetic chemist who is highly experienced in production and R & D.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- A degree in Chemistry
- Qualification in cosmetic manufacturing
- At least 5 years full time experience in cosmetic industry
- R & D experience
- Production - A to Z - experience - NOT NEGOTIABLE
- Experience in Omni system - advantage
- ISO Certified - huge advantage
- Experience in Procurement
- Able to start soonest

**DUTIES**:

- Planning and control of factory operations - daily
- Creating and maintaining of all codes, formulas and recipes on Omni system
- Planning of new production orders for all products - including planning stock levels
- Planning of raw materials and packaging, creating PO's for raw materials etc - A to Z managing of raw materiasl
- Manage full operations - weighing, batch cards, QC etc
- Responsible for SHE, R & D, QC, budgets, SOP's etc

**Salary**: R30,000.00 - R32,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelors (preferred)

**Experience**:

- hair/cosmetic manufacturing: 6 years (preferred)
- R & D: 6 years (preferred)
- QC: 5 years (preferred)
- Safety & Health: 5 years (preferred)
- managing production - A to Z: 6 years (preferred)
- Procurement: 5 years (preferred)

License/Certification:

- ISO - advantage (preferred)
