We are looking for a Reception Manager to join the Planet team today

Responsibilities include:

- Ensuring that reception is effectively and efficiently managed. Leading a team of receptionists through their daily tasks.
- To provide members with a positive and friendly first impression.
- Answering telephones, responding to customer queries, and resolving complaints.
- Superior communication skills.
- Handling of MOD keys and club equipment, Alarm and security systems, Book keeping and admin responsibilities.
- Recruitment, and retention of staff.
- Giving fitness classes and lessons
- Monitoring of access and overrides for staff and members
- Cash management
- Reception stock control

Requirements **(NON NEGOTIABLE)**

Experience & Competencies Required
- Ability to motivate staff and lead by example
- Display friendly and efficient qualities that reflect the Planet Fitness way
- Display uncompromising levels of honesty and integrity
- Have excellent communication skills and be able to liaise at all levels
- Possess high level energy levels
- Proven track record in managing staff, planning, organising, conflict handling and problem solving
- Reliable transport
- Withing a 15km radius from the facility
- No older than 30 years of age
- 2 Years of management or supervisory experience.

Renumeration package : R8500-R10 000 p.m. Depending on experience
