**Hospitality and Outdoor - New Vacancy - Management Couple**

**Private Luxurious Lodge - Greater Kruger National Park**

Our clients are EXPERTS in the African Bush with their Luxury Private Nature Reserve, the Kruger National Park and its associated Reserves around them. We are looking for the Right Management Couple to lead this small close knit team and be part of a “Family”.

**Requirements**:

- A relevant tertiary qualification (or similar) in either Management or Hospitality (Beneficial) as well as FAGASA qualifications and PRDP Licence.
- A minimum of 3-5 years Lodge Management experience (Luxury Establishments a MUST)
- Good financial acumen (English)
- Proven track record and contactable references

- To demonstrate and promote flexibility and adaptability towards changing working hours and shifts according to the requirements of a 24-hour operation
- To respond to changes in your job function as dictated by the industry, company, or the property
- To manage and monitor all costs and implement measures to control them
- To provide effective leadership through professional management and encouragement of all subordinates

**Package on offer**
- R 40 - 50 000 pm (Depending on Experience) (Market Related)
- Live in
- Company Benefits : pension (company contribution 12.5%)
- Risk cover - death, disability, funeral
- Medical 50/50
