- Matric
- A tertiary qualification in Hospitality and tourism is advantageous.
- 5 years experience in Tourism and Hospitality travel
- IT literacy, with experience of packages such as Excel, ResRequest, MS Word etc Personal

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Dealing with guests over the telephone
- Taking and inputting reservations
- Liaising between direct guests and agents
- Upselling other products in the group, experiences, or activities.
- Tailoring the stay to the guests needs
