We has an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about maintenance, planning and organizing to become part of this team.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Act as liaison between operations and maintenance
- Improve workforce productivity and work quality
- Eliminate potential delays through planning and coordination of labour, parts, material and equipment access
- Responsible for maintenance of records and files essential to meaningful analysis and reporting of maintenance-related matters
- Job knowledge regarding what needs to be done, required labour hours, etc.
- Responsible for ongoing planned and annual shutdown maintenance
- Must have relevant planned maintenance training
- Assist with all administrative tasks
- Maintain workshop (receiving and dispatch of stock to site)
- Experience in the hospitality sector will be an advantage

**KEY SKILLS**
- Strong communication skills,
- Ability to multitask,
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Coordinate equipment downtime,
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English,
- _Computer literate (Office, Excel, Word, Outlook, Powerpoint)_

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Bachelor’s degree or BTech diploma in facility management or similar field, or similar work experience
- Grade 12 certificate
- Minimum 2 years experience in maintenance
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English
- Valid drivers license
