Receiving Clerk

Duties and responsibilities:
- Reports to the Food & Beverage Manager
- Liaise with Security on expected deliveries on a daily basis
- Verifying and signing for food deliveries
- Unloading and storing the received food items daily
- Ensure that safety regulations are met in conjunction with the Kitchen Hygiene officer
- Ensure Kitchen storerooms are cleaned and packed neatly weekly
- Ensure par levels of stock are issued to the Kitchen based on occupancy and business levels on a daily basis
- Identify and improve existing stock control measures
- Report any challenges to the Food & Beverage Manager
- Assist in the food & beverage department with various tasks assigned by the Food & Beverage Manager

**Salary**: R5,400.00 - R7,000.00 per month
