Vehicle Parts Sales Executive - Jhb North - Gauteng

Our Client in the Motor Industry is seeking a motivated and customer-focused **Parts Sales Executive** to join their team.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in Automotive Parts Sales
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Knowledge of automotive parts and accessories
- Customer-focused with a passion for exceeding targets
- Grade 12
- Computer Literate

**Responsibilities (but not limited to)**:

- Service existing clients
- Parts sourcing
- Assist Service Department with parts request orders
- Assist with telephonic queries and parts sales
- Assist walk-in customers and provide excellent service with regards to parts
- Provide best customer service
- Handle customer complaints
- Receive & log stock into inventory
- Notify service department when parts / back ordered have been received
- Maintain parts department neat and tidy
