Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Junior IT Technician role located in Durbanville. As a Junior IT Technician, you will assist with day-to-day IT support tasks, such as configuring hardware and software, troubleshooting issues, and providing technical assistance to users.

**Qualifications**:

- At least 1 year of experience in a technical IT support role or related field
- Experience with hardware and software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
- Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience with network security and firewalls is a plus
- Degree or diploma in computer science, information technology, or related field is a plus

**Salary**: Up to R10,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Durbanville, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- High School (matric) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- IT Support: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Afrikaans (preferred)
- English (required)

License/Certification:

- Drivers License (required)
