Management of the NTT Ltd group chart of accounts (CoA), the CoA mapping between key financial reporting systems, and of the CFIN profit and cost centres.

This role is a key transformational responsibility in driving accurate and reliable financial data that supports high quality financial reporting to key stakeholders and executives.

**Key Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Chart of accounts (CoA)
- Manage and perform the CoA mapping from: each legal entity to CFIN, CFIN to BPC, SAP GT to BPC, GERP to BPC
- Investigate queries regarding the CoA and mapping principles
- CFIN profit and cost centres
- Investigate queries regarding CFIN profit and cost centres
- Continuous engagement with Group Finance, Group I&T, Regions, Service Divisions, Master Data Governance (MDG), and Global Portfolio Governance (GPG) to proactively improve data integrity, consistency, and quality
- Periodic review of related business processes, and engagement with the Global Processes Ownership (GPO) team to ensure processes are up to date and optimised
- Collaborate with the FP&A, Statutory Reporting, and Finance Operations teams in Group Finance to ensure alignment in principles, processes and understanding
- Line of sight exposure to senior Group Executives within Finance, I&T, Regions and Service Divisions
- Direct reporting line to the Senior Director, Valuations within the Group Finance FP&A team

**Knowledge, Skills and **Attributes**:

- Excellent attention to detail, and ability to maintain a high standard of accuracy and quality
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal), and able to communicate at all levels within the organisation
- Solid negotiation skills and ability to be persuasive
- Self-starter, ability to tackle problems independently but consult and ask for guidance when necessary
- Comfortable to seek direction or input from seniors
- Ability to follow processes methodically and thoroughly, and enforce policies
- Strong change management skills
- Deadline driven and able to cope with stressful situations

**Academic Qualifications and Certifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting or equivalent

**Required Experience**:

- 6 to 8 years’ working experience in a finance environment
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- Knowledge of end-to-end business processes, and an understanding of the impact of system changes on financial reporting
- Advantageous but not essential: knowledge of data architecture and data structures, previous experience working on SAP ERP and / or SAP Central Finance (CFIN) and / or SAP Business Planning & Consolidation (BPC)
