Fes Graduate

**Main purpose of the role**

The FES Graduate is responsible for coaching, training, implementing and maintaining the Faurecia Excellence System tools deployment.

**Essential responsibilities and duties**

As a FES&P Graduate, your main responsibilities are as follow:

- Using their industrial knowledge, contribute to the building of the FES plan
- FES Principles and Standards: Managers ensure the correct daily usage of the FES standards; FES department ensures FES standards are used
- Transfer their knowledge and experience to Plant Personnel through, in particular, shopfloor improvement activities
- Assist with any additional tasks as assigned by the company
- You are required to abide by the Faurecia Code of Ethics. This is included in your new starter documentation. This is summarized below:

- Respect for fundamental rights
- Development of economic and social dialogue
- Development of skills
- Ethics and business conduct

**Qualifications and position requirements**
- Relevant degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering
- Computer literate including MS office
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Minimum bi-lingual (English required)
- South African Citizen
