**Requirements**:

- Matric/NQF Level 4
- Minimum of 2 years previous expierience in similar role
- Excellent Office and Guest Relation abilities
- Passionate about the hospitality industry
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent people skills.
- Excellent command of the English and Afrikaans Languages (verbal & written-Essential)
- Excellent administrative skills
- No criminal record
- Professional and well groomed
- Driver’s license and own transport essential

**Key Performance Areas & Main Duties**:

- Team player with high regard for efficiency and service excellence to clients
- Must be able to prioritize and manage tasks independently
- Welcoming and hosting of guests
- Perform the guest departure experience, including payment of the account.
- Check out guest.
- Good planning and organizational skills
- Self-motivated, organized and disciplined work ethics
- Maintain effective customer relationships and actively resolve guest complaints
- Maintain client database to ensure all guest information/details are complete
