**_Job requirements:_**
- _National Diploma in Town and Regional Planning, Property Studies, Real estate or a closely related field _
- _Minimum of 3 years' experience in Project management field_._

**_ Duties:_**
- Supports efficient inventory compilation of production materials.
- Supports planning studies and generates reports about new programs, plans, and regulations.
- Supports in the review of development proposals to ensure compliance with codes and regulations.
- Supports in the general planning issues for a university space.
- Supports the management of all university properties.
