Minimum Qualification

5 years experience in Automation and İnstrumention

Exensive working knowledge of PLC programming Siemens Tia, S7, Festo and ABB stampmaster or Qualified Millwright or Electician with applicable experience

2-3 years as a Technician in the electrical field, especially in automation (Hydraulic, maintenance/robotics/projects)

Job outcomes and functions

Repair and maintain robots to ensure customer quality standards are met.

Do fault finding and preventative maintenance as per maintenance schedule according to job cards and relevant work instructions

Technical Knowledge

Technical Techniques

Fault finding and Robots repair and maintenance

Manufacturing processes

Basic understanding of quality systems

Fault finding and maintenance of presses

Skills Required

**Salary**: R294,000.00 - R500,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Automotive manufacturing: 5 years (required)
- Automation & Instrumentation: 4 years (required)
- Extensive PLC Programming: 4 years (required)
