**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with our creative team to understand project objectives and image editing requirements.
- Utilize Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom to retouch, enhance, and manipulate images to achieve desired results.
- Adjust and fine-tune various aspects of images, including color, exposure, composition, and other visual elements.
- Remove imperfections, blemishes, or unwanted elements from images.
- Crop, resize, and format images according to project specifications.
- Ensure consistent quality and adherence to established guidelines and standards.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet project deadlines.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to understand their needs and provide progress updates.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Image Editor, preferably in a remote or freelance capacity.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom, with a strong understanding of their features and capabilities.
- Solid understanding of image editing principles, including color correction, retouching, and composition.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work within specified deadlines.
- Strong visual and creative sense to make informed decisions regarding image enhancements.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a remote work environment.
- A portfolio showcasing your previous work in image editing and retouching.

**Key Skill Sets**:

- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Lightroom
- Video Editing is a plus
- Knowledge of photography principles and techniques.
- Experience working with a variety of image formats and digital assets.
- Understanding of different file types, resolutions, and color spaces.
