SERVICE DESK/HELP DESK ANALYST - 1ST LINE

UK Based most trusted provider of ICT Support and infrastructure services to schools and other educational organisations is looking to employ 1st line service desk analysts.

The service desk analyst purpose is to support remotely (UK Based clients) the development of appropriate strategies for this new teaching form and support the teachers when integrating ICT in the teaching and learning process.

KEY SKILLS: experience working on an IT service desk or Help desk

basic networking experience - TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP

solid knowledge of windows server

EXPERIENCE in the EDUCATION ICT sector a strong advantage.

EXCELLENT COMMAND OF THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE ESSENTIAL.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: R18,000.00 - R20,000.00 per month
