**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Data Management and Reporting
- Extract, manipulate, and analyze data from multiple systems (Client and TP platforms).
- Design, prepare, and deliver insightful reports tailored to internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all data-related deliverables.
- Operational Insights and Performance Improvement
- Interpret complex datasets and translate findings into actionable insights for operational teams.
- Support campaign performance enhancements by reporting key metrics and identifying areas for improvement.
- Actively participate in strategy discussions to drive business and campaign objectives.
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and clients.
- Effectively communicate technical information to non-technical audiences.
- Collaborate with the broader WFM and MI teams to align reporting and operational goals.

- Proficiency in advanced Excel functions (e.g., pivots, macros).

**Qualifications and Experience**:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an MI Analyst or in a similar analytical role (essential).
- Background in the BPO sector is highly desirable.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel, including experience with pivot tables and macros (essential).
- Familiarity with automated reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Business Objects (preferred).
- Minimum of 1 year of administration experience.
- A matric equivalent qualification (essential).
