**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Draft debt review court packs in compliance with legal standards
- Prepare legal documentation for clients under debt review
- Ensure all submissions adhere to the National Credit Act and related regulations
- Liaise with attorneys, courts, and other stakeholders as required
- Maintain accurate records and case files
- Provide legal support and advice within the team
**Minimum Requirements**:
- **Matric Certificate** (Grade 12)
- Completed **Debt Counselling Course**:
- **Paralegal Qualification** or equivalent legal qualification
- Minimum **5 years' experience** in drafting debt review court packs
- Strong knowledge of the **National Credit Act**
**Necessary Skills & Attributes**
- The ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing in English
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure associated with tight deadlines
- Ability to draft court documents in line with requirements
**Salary**:
R9,000 per month
