**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily operations of the bridal boutique, including customer service, inventory management, and staff scheduling.
- Ensure that the boutique is visually appealing and merchandise is displayed tastefully.
- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates, providing training and guidance to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Manage bridal appointments, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our customers.
- Build relationships with vendors and designers to expand our product offerings and maintain strong inventory levels.
- Implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Analyse sales and financial reports to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, attending bridal shows and networking events.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a retail management role, preferably in the bridal or fashion industry.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and vendors.
- Knowledge of bridal fashion trends and designers.
- Proficiency in computer programs such as MS Office and retail management software.
