Matric
- National Certificate/Diploma/Advanced Certificate
- 5years experience
- SYSPRO experience Not Negotiable
- Stock control and recording keeping
- Basic Accounting
- Invoicing Experience - Essential
- Knowledge of Debtors & Creditors
- Knowledge of Accounting, VAT Rules
- Capture and Allocate Creditors Payments
- Allocate Incoming Funds to Syspro
- Allocate Incoming Funds to the Bank
- Able to work under pressure
- Cashbook administration
- Load payments on the banking platform
- Ensure that payments and documents are properly authorised
- Process debit orders
- Reconcile the Foreign currency and Rand Cashbook daily
- Process bank charges daily
- Handle transactions and financial activities
- Update and maintain foreign and Rand Cashbook
- Reconcile the Foreign currency and Rand Cashbook daily
- Process bank account charges daily
- Confirm Incoming Funds
- Convert foreign funds to local currency
- Submit VAT Forms on SARS e-filing
- Load Supplier Invoices on SARS e-filing
- Issue Petty Cash
- Ensure monthly reports
- Ensure the bank recons daily
- Compile reports on accounts payable status
- Supplier Reconciliation
