Innovation for the Blind provides residential and skills development services to individuals with visual and additional disabilities. Alongside this, skills and creative programs are offered to promote job creation in a sheltered environment.
- Developing and reviewing individual development plans
- Expanding and developing job opportunities, building contacts, and acquiring new contracts
- Completing task analyses to make work tasks accessible to individuals with disabilities
- Supporting residents and supervisors in these departments with the establishment of structures and systems
- Coordinating work projects to meet deadlines
- Providing administrative support to management
- Maintaining and creating a positive and professional work environment for residents

- Valid code 08 driver’s license
