**Café Leader**

A vibrant café in a five star hotel is seeking a Café Leader to supervise daily operations and ensure exceptional customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the front-of-house team, ensuring smooth service and a welcoming atmosphere.
- Assist with staff training, scheduling, and performance management.
- Manage customer inquiries, handle complaints professionally, and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory, place orders, and maintain stock levels.
- Support the café manager with cash-ups and daily operational reports.

**Requirements**:

- Previous recent experience as a supervisor in an upmarket café or restaurant.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
- SA ID.
