**Domestic Worker - Gardens**

**We are looking for an intelligent, fit, friendly, hardworking, honest and reliable domestic worker to work in Gardens, Cape Town. Working hours are, Monday to Friday, from 07:00 - 16:00 (40 hours per week).**
- Honest and Trustworthy individual with a proactive mindset
- Valid South African work visa
- Extensive experience in a similar position within a large private family residence
- Fluent command of English in verbal and written communication
- Detail oriented with the ability to manage e.g. schedule repairs
- Qualifications and/or experience in domestic ability
- Flexible and able to accommodate principle and guest requests
- Service-oriented and highly skilled
- Comfortable around animals
- A flexible Schedule in accordance with family needs (max 45 hour week)
- Reside in Cape Town - preferably close to Sea Point.
- Drivers or learners licence would be an advantage

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Maintain cleaning checklist as record of work done
- Detailed cleaning including carpets and windows
- Organizing
- Laundry
- Wardrobe management
- Cleaning inventory management, grocery list and shopping
- Running errands
- Special care of furnishings, delicate surfaces, high-end household appliances
- Hand-washing and special care of fine linens and delicate clothing
- Supervision of contract workers and gardeners
- Deep cleaning

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Gardens, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
