We're currently looking for a highly skilled individual, whether you're an Architectural Technologist, draughtsman, or CAD technician, to join our team. If you have a minimum of 5 years of experience and are ready to showcase your expertise in ArchiCad by taking a proficiency test, you could be the perfect addition to our dynamic crew

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural technology
- Proficiency in ArchiCad (you will be required to take an ArchiCad proficiency test )
- Hands-on experience with the process of submitting plans to the local municipality, adhering to SABS & SANS standards
- A comprehensive understanding of the construction process to document plans effectively
- You will be expected to assist our designers in drawing up construction plans, securing local authority approvals, and managing projects from building initiation to handover.

**Salary**: R15,000.00 - R25,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- ArchiCAD: 3 years (required)
- Residential Construction: 3 years (required)

Ability to Commute:

- Paarl, Western Cape (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Paarl, Western Cape: Relocate before starting work (required)
