**HR Business Partner**

Pinetown, Durban

Salary negotiable around R50 000 per month CTC

Our Global Engineering client is looking for an HRBP to align the organization and business strategy by advising, supporting and assisting Line Management to implement top HR Practices and Activities in keeping with both local and the Group’s guidelines and compliances. **STRONG IR experience required both handling (MEIBC) Bargaining Council, CCMA and Union relations/negotiations.**

**Requirements**:

- B**achelor’s degree in human resources**

**- 5+ years of experience in Human Resources in Unionised environment/Factory/Engineering environment (MEIBC) ESSENTIAL**
- Experience in working with a Global Organisation
- System experience in MS office, SAP Success Factors/ GPS, VIP
- **Experience working in a unionized environment and with the MEIBC.**
- Experience managing projects that may be cross-functional and Cross Divisional
- Ability to communicate and work collaboratively across the organization.
